1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by UCam 24x7, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

We provide mobile (doorstep) installation services for automotive dash cameras. We do not manufacture the dash cameras. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the professional installation of hardware provided by the customer or purchased through us.

3. Installation & Warranty

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 6-month warranty on our installation wiring. If a connection comes loose, we will fix it free of charge.
• Hardware Warranty: We are not responsible for internal failures of the dash cam unit itself. Warranty claims for the device must be taken up with the manufacturer.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide a safe and legal location for our technician to work (e.g., private parking). You must ensure the vehicle is accessible.
